Is Heritage Park in Peterborough The Best Subdivision?
Heritage Park – Close to Trent University, the zoo, amazing parks and trails, newly built homes, all things we’re discussing today!
Today I’m going to be talking about Heritage Park Subdivision. If you watch the video, you can see throughout the video there are stunning homes in this subdivision, ranging from bungalows to two stories.
Prices for homes in this area go from about $600,000 thousands all the way into the millions. With this area we are located in the North End of Peterborough, close to Trent University, the Peterborough Zoo (which is FREE) and many shopping plazas just around the corner.
Heritage Park is a safe an family community that most recently had zoning that got approved for a new park to be added to this community. These newly built homes are about 5 – 20 years old with more houses being built in phase 4 with the local developer Cleary Homes. In the video linked below you I map out where the new development will be going up here.
When moving into Heritage Park subdivision you get to enjoy all the paved walking trails, which are great for dog walking and bike riding, along with mature trees which makes things feel more private. As I mentioned earlier this area is only a short bus ride to Trent University, which make this area very desirable for families with children attending University. The local elementary & secondary schools for this area are Adam Scott School, St Peter’s Catholic school, RF Downey Public School and St Paul’s.
